From our very first conversation, she completely understood our vision and what we wanted our wedding to feel like. She brought everything to life so beautifully at Castello Monaci, making the most of such a stunning venue.

Planning a wedding abroad could have been incredibly stressful, but Victoria made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. She guided us through every step — including the certification paperwork — which was invaluable and gave us so much peace of mind. Her knowledge and experience really showed.

Throughout the planning process, she was responsive, organised and reassuring. No question was too small, and she made us feel completely supported from start to finish. The vendors she recommended were fantastic and worked together seamlessly, which is a real testament to her network and expertise.

On the day itself, everything ran perfectly. We were able to fully relax and enjoy every single moment with our friends and family, knowing Victoria had everything completely under control behind the scenes.

Words can’t begin to describe how truly special Victoria is. From the very first call, we knew she was different; someone who cared deeply, listened closely, and made us feel completely at ease. If you are planning to get married in Puglia, you should stop whatever you are doing and hire Victoria. Even if you were not thinking of hiring a wedding planner, I promise you it will be worth it. Victoria helped my wife and I plan our wedding at Masseria Potenti in August 2023, and I honestly do not know what we would have done without her. She had a great existing relationship with the venue which made for a seamless planning process. She pointed us to all the best vendors and coordinated with the hotels for our guests. From day one, she was transparent about the budget, gave us helpful feedback on different options, and ultimately helped us craft the wedding of our dreams. And on the big day, she was constantly working in the background to make sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to enjoy ourselves without worry. Not only is she an A+ wedding planner, but I’m happy to say we have a friend for life.

Wir durften ein unvergessliches Fest in Apulien feiern. Unser Gäste sprechen heute noch von unserer Hochzeit - es war der Event des Jahres. Möglich war dies nur dank Victoria. Sie ist unglaublich professionell, zuverlässig und hat sehr viel Erfahrung. Ihre Empfehlungen für Florist, DJ, Fotografin waren top! Trotz schwieriger Covid Situation hat sie immer die Nerven bewahrt und das Fest möglich gemacht, unglaubliche Frau! Einzig bei der Auswahl der Hochzeitslocation (bei uns 4 Tage) hätten wir uns mehr Beratung/persönliche Erfahrungsberichte von Victoria gewünscht. Sehr zu empfehlen!

A long overdue review of our incredible wedding planner, Viktorija.
We came across Impression Villas & Weddings by scrolling through Instagram. We noticed most of the images we were saving and loving were put together by Viktorija, so we made contact and it went from there....
After being presented with a number of options to begin with, we arranged a meeting via Skype.
Viktorija heard our dogs in the background and we immediately hit it off with our mutual love for dogs!
Gentle and beautifully spoken, this was the woman who was going to plan our Italian wedding for us over the next 12 months.
I run a bridal boutique here in Australia and consider myself pretty well organised, but Viktorija blew us both away with her willingness to please, organisation, kindness, calm manner, humour and unbelievable attention to detail! This woman worked into the early hours of the morning and went above and beyond!
Just when we thought we had considered every detail, Viktorija thought of a million more things to make the day more special.
She was honest about how Italians operate, what she thought was reasonably priced and what wasn’t. We were always presented with multiple options and at multiple price points.
Viktorija even went out of her way to organise a photoshoot for me for work whist I was there.
A true gem of a person and beautiful reminder that there are still so many wonderful, kind and generous people in this world!
We cannot highly recommend this amazing woman and her team enough!!
