Tutt'intorno è un incanto anche se l'alloggio in depandance non vale il prezzo richiesto, inoltre darei un'attenzione in piu' ai dettagli e soprattutto al bagno che risulta un po' datato. Cortesia e gentilezza da parte della signora L. che accoglie gli ospiti.

Tre giorni splendidi. Il posto e' un incanto. Siamo arrivati verso sera parcheggiando in fondo al vialetto (illuminato con torce....magico). Ci hanno accolto con gentilezza spiegandoci tutto. L'appartamentino nella depandance e' accogliente e arredato con gusto. Essendo troppo stanchi per uscire a cena ci siamo organizzati con delle spese nel paese vicino, cucinando tranquilli in appartamento. Al mattino l'incanto del paesaggio intorno. Bologna vicinissima. Quando siamo partiti si sono adoperati con gentilezza per preparare cose adatte a mio figlio vegano. Premurosi e atteti. Grazie Cristina Giuseppe e mattia

One of the most beautiful country houses we have ever visited. Stunning view to the city of Bologna but so peaceful surroundings and fantastic sunset over the fields with horses. The owner family is really warm and welcoming. Beautiful unique design and details around the house and garden. Breakfast was very Italian, simple but fresh. We got great restaurant recommendation from the near by village Ponticelli; Trattoria Guglielmo. It was nice to walk there for dinner. Hope to return one day to this lovely B&B.

The apartment in the basement is heavily overpriced. Lots of bugs inside, internet patchy, very, very basic. Not even a bottle of water in it. |On top, breakfast is not included. |Entrance feels like basement,inside it feels under ground. |Very basic toiletry, tiny soap is all on offer for the hefty price. |Not to repeat. |

As it’s advertised as a B&B, I was expecting to feel a home vibe. However, the house felt cold and like a museum. When we got back at night (around 11pm/ midnight), the house was completely dark. There wasn’t a single light on inside or outside. If you have guests and they are free to leave and come when they want, a light should be kept on. The parking is relatively far from the house and at night it is creepy to walk as you are in the middle of the countryside and there are no lights (if not 6 small ones on the drive). There were only 2 or 4 other guests and we were still forced to park all the way up the drive. I know that they ask you to leave the car at the front to protect the view, but they were okay for the owner’s car to be left at the front of the house for 2 days and nights straight without ever moving it. I also understand that the lights should be kept off at night for environmental reasons, but as people are free to go and come as they wish, it would be good to consider other lighting options that respect the environment and make the guests feel safe. The owners were on holiday, so the guests were completely on their own if not for a lady who came in the morning to check and clean. Now, as a B&B you shouldn’t leave guests on their own all the time. What if we needed something? A tip? Help? There is no fridge in the room if you need to keep your drinks cold. You cannot use the kitchen. I understand there are apartments with a kitchen but as a B&B at least give me an option to keep my drinks cold and get a glass of water. Also, the bed was uncomfortable and there were a lot of insects. I live in the countryside and I expect insects. Not a problem. However, I frequently stay in countryside houses and never found insects on my pillows every day. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it. It felt uncomfortable. Almost like we were in the wrong place, staying at someone’s place without their permission and without really being wanted. I was expecting warmth and I found coldness. Staying here feels like you are doing them a favour, not like you are wanted and welcomed. I left a similar review on Booking, and the owners replied saying that they were sorry to hear I felt “lonely and needy” despite being with my boyfriend. I suppose this tells you a lot of their approach towards their guests. I don’t expect a nice response here as well considering how they replied to other reviews and to mine on Booking. Hospitality is not for everyone.

Esperienza incantevole. Un'oasi di tranquillità a pochi minuti da Bologna, gestito in modo impeccabile dagli squisiti titolari. Il silenzio, la vista, l'arredamento, i modi, il verde, il parcheggio, e persino il WiFi sono di un livello difficilmente raggiungibile. Non fatevelo scappare!

Charming B&B in the picturesque Bologna countryside! The serene surroundings, comfortable and impeccably clean rooms, and warm hospitality made our stay delightful. Every detail was super curated, from the decor to the personalized service. The homemade breakfast with local produce was a highlight. Highly recommend for a tranquil and meticulously crafted getaway.

Beautiful BNB in the countryside outside of Bologna. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Our host Marco and Anna were welcoming and helpful.||The estate is relaxing and has amazing views. Pastoral landscape complete with beautiful horses. Very good restaurants in near by villages and the biggest Food Co-op I’ve ever seen!||I don’t understand the negative tone of earlier reviews . There was nothing in the slightest we would change.

Don't bother going there the room was full of spiders and creepy crawlers. It seemed like an abandoned room with dust and smelled like mold. We were greeted in a hurry, the lady rushed us to show us the room and didn't even bother to explain anything in detail. No privacy at all, you hear all the other guests snoring and it's like you are all living and sleeping in the same room. The car parking is completely at the main entrance and you need to walk for 5 minutes to go to the hotel. The check out was at 11:00 am we checked out at 9:00 which was a disaster cause they were setting up for a wedding and I couldn't even load up our luggages? Bottom line it was our worst experience night stay at a b&b and would not recommend it to my worst enemy. The only nice thing about this place is the scenery period. Do yourselves a favor go somewhere else. We were so disappointed with this place it definitely seems like we just spent over $200 euros to sleep in a hostel with homeless people.

Ho prenotato questa location sia per la posizione sia perchè era una delle poche disponibili il giorno richiesto per festeggiare un compleanno molto speciale.||Dopo avere confermato (e il contratto è stato rispettato sin nei più antipatici dettagli) ho saputo che gli animali non erano ammessi. Facevo subito presente che un cagnolino ci sarebbe stato; insofferenza del proprietario ma, almeno in quel momento, accettava "l'incomodo" purchè "non desse fastidio (al guinzaglio)||Il giorno dell'evento, a sorpresa, arriva dalla Liguria la figlia della festeggiata con i suoi due amatissimi cani. Le raccomando di tenerli al guinzaglio e vicini al suo tavolo e di fare in modo "che non dessero fastidio" (e così è stato)||Tralascio la sgarberia (e sono gentile) con cui mi si è presentato subito il proprietario (davanti ai 40 ospiti) per rinfacciarmi di non aver "rispettato" i patti "portando" altri cani e la mia conseguente angustia che ne è derivata per tutto il tempo della festa.||Comunque per chiarire meglio la situazione alla fine sono andata a salutare: beh, ho scoperto che ci sono persone che hanno un "allargamento del proprio io" talmente elevato che al loro confronto Napoleone diventa un soldato semplice.||Io non mi aspetto mai niente da nessuno ma la risposta alla mia richiesta di "tolleranza" (nessun danno, nessun disturbo) è stata: NO, è una questione di "principio" (condita con altre invettive e minaccia di penale) "I CANI SI POTEVANO METTERE IN MACCHINA E STARCI!" Tutto.meraviglioso, la struttura supera le aspettative: il casale è rustico e impreziosito di oggetti d'arte, curatissimo in ogni dettaglio.
Nonostante l'eleganza del luogo è molto accogliente. La tenuta è in cima al Montecalvo quindi ottima vista. Colazione perfetta, torte, succhi, marmellate, salato, non manca nulla.
Ottima anche l'accoglienza della proprietaria Anna, gentilissima e cordiale. Ci tornerei senza dubbio se dovessi tornare in zona. Sergio

Posto incantevole, a due passi dal caos cittadino, dove immergersi completamente nella natura e nella bellezza. Camere molto curate in ogni dettaglio, una diversa dall’altra, raffinate è molto confortevoli. Ottima e abbondante colazione servita nell’area comune, con vista sulla città, da una squisita proprietaria di casa, sempre sorridente e disponibile, che cucina personalmente tutte le prelibatezze che troverete. Che dire, spero di avere presto un’altra occasione per tornarci.

Splendida dimora, immersa nel verde in un oasi di pace con panorama su Bologna spettacolare! Le camere sono una più bella dell'altra, arredate con gran buon gusto. La colazione è molto ricca e varia, presentata con una mise-en-place impeccabile! Lo consiglio vivamente.

A pochi minuti da Bologna si trova questa struttura che abbiamo trovato suggestiva (si vede un bellissimo panorama della campagna bolognese) e curata. Personale cortese e pronto a venire incontro alla tue esigenze. La stanza ha dimensioni giuste e il bagno è spazioso, con un doccia ampia. Forse la presenza di un tavolo di appoggio e dei comodini un pò più grandi sarebbe stata gradita. Ottima colazione. Prezzo in linea con la struttura. Speriamo di ritornarci.

Tras unas jornadas agotadoras de viaje por Italia, llegamos a este encantador lugar en las colinas de Bologna. Disfrutamos de un día de tranquilidad, de un prado donde los niños pudieron correr y jugar a fútbol, corretear con los perros de la casa y ver las gallinas, caballos y a un potro recién nacido. La casa está decorada con un gusto exquisito y los dueños fueron muy amables. Totalmente recomendable. Esperamos poder volver. Grazie Marco e Anna per l'accoglienza e pure al piccolo Marco per le partite a calcio col nostro piccolo.
