Great service! We were picked up at the car rental drop off at the Bologna airport and delivered to our rental swiftly and smoothly. Our driver was exceptionally helpful, carrying some of our luggage to our apartment as the street was car free on weekends, so we had a short walk. Pick up at 3am a few days later was easy and prompt. Communication was maintained easily and the early morning drive to the airport was great. A top notch company that we will use again.

Colombo group provided wonderful service to our family for our first visit to Italy. We needed transport to several locations around Bologna, the cruise port in Ravenna, and Florence - in all 5 separate trips. The drivers were trustworthy, punctual, and friendly! The owner of the company, Giacomo Colombo picked us up for our flight at 3:45 am and was even 15 minutes early! We didn't have to worry which was a huge relief for all of us. I would highly recommend this company if you need transport on your vacation.

The car arrived early, was very comfortable and our driver Giacomo - who spoke perfect English - was extremely professional and very friendly. My mother, father and I had the good fortune to spend the day with Giacomo in November 2017. We got off the train in Bologna, had no idea where to go and there he was, waiting on us with a big smile! What a wonderful beginning to an even better day spent in Modena. Giacomo made us comfortable immediately, he is a very good driver, and the van was very nice and clean. His love of the area is evident in the way he communicates the things he knows about the area, the places to see, and in the details he provides. His english is very good, he has a wonderful sense of humor, and he is so interesting! He is so pleasant and easy to be around - it wasn't long and he felt just like family. Our first stop was to a cheese producer in Modena where he had pre-arranged for a cheese tasting at the end of the tour - absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our second stop was Leonardi Balsamico, also in Modena, where we took a tour of the balsamic producer, and were invited to taste several different samples of the delicious balsamic along the way - some was 100 years old! Afterwards, we enjoyed a pre-arranged light lunch of local specialties that was just wonderful. Based on conversation, Giacomo knew we were car people and on the way back to Bologna took us on a mini-tour through Maranello, past Ferrari, and past one of their test tracks - that was an unexpected and very much appreciated surprise! We then continued on to our several-course lunch at a wonderful local restaurant, where we were treated like family by the staff and again, enjoyed delicious specialties of the area. Communication before-hand was very thorough and timely, and the entire day went exactly as planned. The day exceeded our expectations by far, and we were so sad to leave Giacomo... We hope to return to Bologna again in the future, and we will definitely contact Giacomo to reserve more time with him so he can share more of beautiful Bologna with us. We highly recommend Giacomo for your personal tours - his attention to detail is exceptional! Grazie mille, Giacomo - ciao!
