They helped us plan our dream wedding in Puglia. We needed a planner in Italy as we don’t live locally, and Sara was a great help all the way along from contracts with the venue; helping us get started with a list of suppliers; advising us on items we hadn’t considered, making lots of great suggestions from her years of experience and being on hand on the day to ensure all the small details were taken care of and everything ran according to plan. It was the best day of our lives and we couldn’t have done it without Sara and her team. We appreciated all the check-ins and communication along the way and the flowers on the day were perfect! I always dreamed of a wedding in south Italy. But me living in the us made it hard to do the whole planning for the wedding. So I hired Sara and her team for the wedding planning. She did a very good job in finding good vendors and even with extra requests she exceeded my expectations. We needed a bus shuttle for my guests to the venue and the busses were more than I expected (my guests told me how even the transfer was fun) Additionally we booked a boat trip for originally before the wedding, which had to be pushed to the day after the wedding due to circumstances that were not in her control. The boat she picked also was more than I expected. The catamaran was stunning and my guests were impressed about the whole wedding program!

On my wedding day my wedding dress was very wrinkly and despite every effort I couldn’t fix it. Within a few hours she managed to contact an atelier to get it steamed, she drove to the atelier with my wedding dress and she picked it up!!!! And we only had a few hours left before the ceremony started. She managed to come back with my dress on time! I can’t thank her and Laura enough for this wonderful day.

Also Sara’s English is perfect which I appreciate very much!
Thank you so much for planning the wedding I have always dreamed off.

Getting married in Italy was our dream, but it was quite a scary prospect for two people living in the UK who don't speak Italian! We honestly couldn't have done it without Sara. She is calm, kind, patient, organised and very creative - exactly who you need on your team when you are planning one of the most special days of your life. She was such a reassuring person to have around on the day, too - we didn't have to think or worry about a single thing. Sara was instrumental at organising our Italian wedding at the beautiful Masseria Spina.

She expertly curated a number of vendors and liaised with them in the lead up to our wedding, which was an incredible help given we were from Australia.

She aided us with all requests and organised additional events that truly made our week in Monopoli feel incredibly special.

To this day all of our guests have said that this was the best wedding they had ever been to!

Sara and Laura both helped us organise the destination wedding of our dreams! They were both excellent in organising zoom meetings (especially as we are in Australia), regularly communicating with us and connecting us to our vendors. They also helped us organise a pre wedding party and were so patient with us when we needed to seek a refund from a ceremony venue that cancelled on us.

On the day, the ceremony and reception was exactly as planned and envisioned. Sara and Laura were both in attendance, very hands on and professional in every aspect. They also did an amazing job with our floral arrangements and table settings- no details were missed. Some of our guests said it was the best wedding they had been too and it wouldn’t have been this way without Sara and Laura!!

Sara and Laura did an incredible job for our wedding in May. We never could have organised a destination wedding without them. They read our needs and bought to life our ideas from the very start. It was really beneficial having Sara do our flowers as it bought perfect cohesion to the whole design and feel of the wedding. She perfectly merged the colour scheme with the style of flowers to give the rustic but romantic feel we loved.
We were pleased to be able to use all local vendors and having the team do the full coordination was ideal. Having a team so closely connected to our venue at Masseria Spina also allowed for great communication and intimate knowledge of what works well in the space.
It was such a joy to share the Puglia hospitality and experience we have loved for so many years with our family and friends.
Sara was also great at helping manage our budget and the timeliness, she was really straightforward and so a dream first point of contact.
The whole day was incredibly romantic and exceeded all our expectations, we couldn't have done it without you.
Would do it all again in a heartbeat!

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere accompagnati da Sara e dal suo team in uno dei nostri giorni più importanti.
Il matrimonio è stato perfetto e abbiamo apprezzato molto il servizio offerto da Sara e dal suo team nella preparazione del matrimonio. Soprattutto perché siamo venuti dalla Svizzera e la comunicazione non è stata molto facile.
Poi il giorno stesso del matrimonio, alcune cose sono state cambiate con breve preavviso. Siamo molto spontanei e reagiamo bene ai cambiamenti (non a causa di sara e il suo team). Al contrario, siamo stati molto contenti di essere riusciti a cambiare alcune cose alla fine.
Se ci ripenso, non avremmo potuto immaginare un team migliore al nostro fianco.
Davvero ben fatto!

Sara and Laura did an amazing job planning our international wedding this past year. I had very little expectations as I had to do most of my wedding planning with Sara over the phone (from the US) prior to my arrival to Monopoli, and I was simply blown away by the final production on our special day. Throughout the entire planning process Sara and Laura paid great detail to the affects that I had wanted for my husband and I's small, intimate ceremony and she certainly worked very hard to make it everything I was looking for - while also being very mindful of our personal budget. Sara's floral work was also a special aspect of our wedding day, as she personally put together the flower arrangements that made both my bouquet and our wedding table a highlight of our day/night. I also recommend staying at the Masseria a night or two prior to your special event, as both she and the staff made our stay such a lovely experience leading up to our wedding day - we hope to be back for an anniversary someday in the future!

Zdaliśmy się na Sarę przy organizacji naszego wesela w Monopoli, w masserii Spina. Jej pomoc i wsparcie przed, w trakcie i po ceremonii było kluczowe dla powodzenia imprezy. Towarzyszyła nam z dużą dyspozycyjnością i doświadczeniem, dodawała otuchy w chwilach potrzeby. Mieliśmy szczęście/nieszczęście, że padał deszcz, ale obecność Sary (i Laury) sprawiła, że nawet to nieprzewidziane wydarzenie stało się okazją do nadania innego akcentu ceremonii. Doskonała koordynacja z dostawcami i nienaganny wybór rozrywki dla dzieci. Dziękujemy Saro, polecamy Cię wszystkim!

Ci siamo affidati a Sara per il nostro matrimonio a Monopoli, alla masseria Spina. Il suo aiuto e supporto prima durante e dopo e' stato essenziale per la buon riuscita dell'evento. Ci ha accompagnato con grande disponibilita' e esperienza, e rassicurato nei momenti di bisogno. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna/sfortuna di essere bagnati dalla pioggia, ma la presenza di Sara (e Laura) ha reso anche questo imprevisto un'opportunita' per dare un tocco diverso alla cerimonia. 5 stars to Sara and Laura who organised our wedding. They did a fantastic job and it was truly the best day of my life! We had great vendors for the fireworks, car, makeup and DJ and they all arrived and setup without a problem, the venue and food at Masseria Spina was exceptional. We had to move our wedding due to the pandemic and they were great sorting this out. We also had a pre wedding event at Carlo Quinto that was fantastic!

Ho festeggiato il mio matrimonio in Masseria Spina Resort. Posso solo dire che tutti hanno contribuito a rendere l'atmosfera magica e semplicemente UNICA!
Il tutto senza sfarzo, ma con un'eleganza semplice e rustica.
Difficili, a volte, le comunicazioni, per via del fatto che vivo lontana, ma l'evento è stato perfetto: fiori perfetti, organizzazione senza problemi, gentilezza e disponibilità davvero incredibili!
