Salina is absolutely amazing. From our very first call we just knew she was the right person to plan our wedding. She’s warm, professional and someone you can instantly trust. Planning a wedding in Puglia while living in Australia could have been stressful, but she made it so easy. She was always quick to reply and it was super simple to book in a virtual chat whenever we needed.

She connected us with incredible local vendors, and the food was unbelievable. Salina also assisted in organising our welcome drinks and recovery party, which our guests loved. We had already chosen the venue, but Salina worked closely with the owner and pulled everything together to make it look beautiful on the day. She even helped our best friend, who was our celebrant, write the most touching ceremony.

Organising our Puglian wedding from Ireland seemed daunting but from the moment we began planning our September 2024 wedding with Salina we knew we were in safe hands. I was introduced to Salina through the owner of Masseria Amastoula while we were exploring wedding venues in Puglia. Due to the high cost of UK based destination wedding planners we decided to try and organise our wedding ourself. But thank God we met Salina and that never happened. From our very first call I knew Salina was perfect, she is passionate, kind, fun to work with and incredibly organised, plus she has the best first hand knowledge of what makes a wedding in Puglia absolutely the best weekend of your and your guests life.

We were meant to get married in June 2025 giving us 20 months to organise but we decided to change the date in February 2024 to October 2024 and Salina instantly went into action mode and helped us organise the whole wedding in 7 months. I loved every minute of planning our wedding because Salina was there to help organise all the finer details, take away any stress of planning and anything that goes wrong on the day, plus having someone who lives in the area, knows the best local vendors and back ups if something goes wrong is so important.

Every step of the way I’ve had so much trust in Salina, she’s provided us with the perfect vendor recommendations based on what we wanted and the vision we had, and the budget we had too, making everything about our wedding weekend absolutely perfect and even getting us some amazing discounts on vendors. She ran the whole wedding day like the pro that she is and truly made our dream come to life and we couldn’t be more grateful.

We could honestly not have wished for a better wedding. Everything was better than perfect, and I am not exaggerating!
From the Friday at MezzoPieno, to the getting ready and making pictures in Monopoli. From the ceremony which was absolutely spectacular, we received so so many compliments. The antipasti, the liveband, the dinner and honestly the cake cutting took me in so many ways by surprise. Truly everything was amazing!
The Sunday by the pool as well, it was super chill, the DJs stayed till 8 and seemed to have a great time which ended up in lots of us dancing in front of the DJ and finally having some final dance with Gina, Vito and Luigi after some food.
Thank you so so so much! It was truly the best weekend of our lives ever ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Puglia and Monopoli will always have such a special place in our hearts and in the hearts of our guests. Everyone loved it and they were so impressed by how well everything was organised!
To add, not only the wedding weekend was amazing, but the whole planning process leading up to it. You made sure everything was organized and planned when we had too, which kept us sane and relaxed during the year leading up to the wedding. We would do it all over again exactly the same way!
