He is incredibly precise and attentive, and despite the many moments of typical pre-wedding chaos, he always managed to guide us with patience and calm, working tirelessly until everything was perfect — including staying up with us until 4 a.m. the night before to finalize the seating plan!

Leonardo helped us find fantastic vendors and thanks to his hard work, the wedding day ran smoothly,even when unexpected rain forced us into a last-minute Plan B — which he executed flawlessly

The service we have received from Leo Amado - Wedding and Travel in Apuglia, has been exceptional. When we first decided to get married in Alberobello, 12 months ago, we did not know where to start. Leo was recommended by a friend and I am so glad that he was.

From the outset Leo worked with me and John to really understand the type of wedding we wanted to achieve. He provided options to choose from and helped us create the best wedding day ever!

The attention to detail that Leo created was perfect. The details for the flowers, the calligraphy for the table plan, the link to our own love story woven in to all the details of the day.

Leo has an excellent network of suppliers that worked alongside him on our wedding.

The photography and video was brilliant. The time and dedication given to creating the right results was great, and whilst they were present throughout the whole event, they did not get in the way, but effectively captured all the moments we all loved.

The venue ‘Aria Di Casa’ which was hosted by the beautiful Isabella Ronaldi, meant we had a fairy tale setting for our wedding. Guests were truly blown away by the venue, how it looked, and they all stated it was like being on a film set.

The catering was phenomenal. Right from the choosing of the crockery, glasses and other table accessories, the food we had at the wedding was truly exceptional.

Leo suggested we could have some live music for the wedding too. This was inspired and the group he recommended (Insolitopop) were brilliant. They sang during the ceremony, whilst guests had their antipasti and then throughout the meal. They also actively engaged with all our guests, having us all dancing between the courses of the meal.

The DJ who ran the disco at the end of the night delivered our favourite play list for guests and even did an extra half an hour because we were all having so much fun on the dance floor.

The team that Leo had around him on the day were simply the best. Nothing was too much trouble on the run up and during the full event.

Leo is of course the person who brings this all together. I am hoping to only get married once, I could not have wished for a better wedding planner. Simply the best!

To conclude Leo provided meticulous planning, exceptional attention to detail, constant communication and updates, and absolutely nothing was too much trouble.

I would highly recommend Leo to anyone wanting to plan a wedding in Puglia. You will not be disappointed!
