We managed the planning aspect since and I from Florence and we both have experience organizing events, but we needed a team to coordinate the flow of the guests and suppliers the day of our wedding. Mixed feelings. I didn’t get a good vibe from one of the coordinators and asked for a change. At first, my request wasn’t granted, but eventually it was, and it made a noticeable difference. Communication was generally good, but on the wedding day itself, not so much. Neither of the coordinators made much of an effort on their own—for example, they didn’t try to gather all the guests or make someone to clean up the mess the waiter made when he dropped plates in front of the wedding table. That mess stayed there for hours until I, the bride, pointed it out on the way to the reception. The florist delivered half-dead bouquet , and the coordinators approved it—we had to point it out and ask for a fix, which was done. But the best part was that they didn’t come to collect the payment from me all day and waited until the very last moment, when my makeup artist was doing my makeup 15 minutes before the ceremony. Is that really the right time to ask for money? There were definitely better moment. I didnt see much effort to make my day good. They Never came to me to just to ask if everything is alright ok, there was always a problem or request followed by the question. Not completely horrible but not great either. Dont recommend.
