We feel so lucky to have had Beatrice as our wedding photographer in Italy. From the very beginning, she went out of her way to get to know us—not just as clients, but as a couple. When we decided to elope during our holiday in Italy, the first thing I did was look for a photographer who could capture the emotions of the day for the people who couldn’t be there. With pure luck, I came across Beatrice and after one glance at her portfolio, I knew she was the one for us. With no date set for the ceremony, we had a few options to play with and thankfully she was available!

Leading up to the day, the communication was excellent. To assist with her preparations, she asked us to complete a pre-wedding questionnaire to understand more about us and our love story, and I could tell how seriously she took her role in telling our story through her lens.

When our wedding day arrived, Beatrice arrived early, greeted us with a warm embrace and helped us understand how the day would unfold. I didn’t really even know what to do as a bride and Bea was there to patiently guide us and capture the magical moments before the ceremony - especially of our 3 year old Lily who took a shine to Bea immediately. Given there were only 7 of us at the wedding, I’m so grateful to have had a photographer who felt like an extended part of our wedding party, a friend, and made us all feel completely at ease.

Words can’t express my gratitude for the warmth, kindness and artistry she brought to the day. She was the glue that brought it all together and added to the relaxed vibe of our elopement. As for the photos - they are exquisite and perfectly capture the intimacy, emotion and love shared between my husband and I, and our family. Her use of light and her eye for the candid moments resulted in photos that will be cherished for decades to come. I'm so proud of the photos and grateful to have had Bea as our photographer! Words fail to encapsulate just what a blessing Bea was to our wedding. She was an integral part of it and yet she was a stealth ninja throughout! She caught every pivotal shot we could've wanted and sooo much more.

The only reason I mention the following is to attempt to qualify why my opinion should hold any weight, but as a pro makeup artist I've been in the industry 20+ years in LA/NY and have worked around editorial photographers as well as wedding photographers. Bea is an absolute gift to the wedding industry!! She brings editorial (magazine)--level photography talent to weddings, which is so rare. She's a unicorn. Her images left us breathless. Not to mention she IS a Vogue-vetted photographer (obviously :)!!

What sets Bea apart is that she single-handedly elevates the moment with her talent. She visually captures all of the wonder and beauty and creates a treasure from that moment in time-- forever!! What a gift! Not to mention-- she makes everyone look impossibly good!! Her eye for what to intuitively focus on in the moment and knowing how to frame it, as well as executing it swiftly, with all her technical skills--so as not to miss a second--is insane!! She was everywhere all at once! Lol. And yet each picture looked like she took forever and a half to set up.

Apart from our decision to have a destination wedding in Italy, the photographer was absolutely the most important factor of my big day. I knew it would be the only remnant that would continue to pay dividends forever. And wow were we blessed that Bea was available for our wedding day. It literally would have been an entirely different wedding experience without her. She not only perfectly captured the day as we experienced it--she made it even more magical with her talents and we're forever grateful for it. Did I mention that she's an absolutely delightful human being? Yeah--cherry on top. I would've taken her for her talents even if she was a pill. Lol. We love you, Bea!!! About us before Beatice so you know where were are coming from. We are Americans who hosted a wedding in Tuscany. Different culture and different ways of doing things. But no surprises with Beatrice. Any photographer can compose and focus a shot. No points given for that.. But Beatrice is so warm and friendly that she melts in to becoming a guest at the party . The result is the pictures are whatever the opposite of staid is. The pics are relaxed and natural. Typical wedding pics are not the way one remembers the wedding feeling but Beatrice's are just the way I remember and felt the way the wedding was and Now thanks to Beatrice we have that feeling preserved for always.
