Not only are the photo's stunning, but he's also incredibly enjoyable to work with. Instead of us being consciously focused on the camera, Fabio's photography style felt as a part of the party. As a result, the photos turned out exactly as we hoped: spontaneous, relaxed, and truly authentic to the wedding.

DREAMS COME TRUE ♥️wedding photo experience with Fabio!
Yesterday afternoon was truly unforgettable—a wedding photography session in stunning Florence. We met Fabio, the photographer, at the hotel, then he drove us to the city center and parked nearby. Our first stop was a walk along Lungarno Amerigo Vespucci to capture views of the iconic Ponte Vecchio. As we strolled, many passersby from all over the world congratulated us, which felt a bit embarrassing but also heartwarming. The atmosphere was so dreamy and vibrant, it totally blew my mind.

Afterward, Fabio took us to the Uffizi Gallery. I couldn’t believe we got to shoot near such a famous artistic landmark. Fabio skillfully played with the natural light, asking us to follow the beams and walk naturally. Even with crowds of tourists everywhere, the moment felt magical.

Then we walked to Piazza della Signoria, a large, lively square filled with grand sculptures and fountains. Tourists surrounded us again, taking photos, but this time we relaxed and focused on following Fabio’s directions for perfect poses. The energy of the piazza, steeped in art and history, made the experience even more special. Then Fabio surprised us with a treat—the best gelato in Florence! We didn’t expect it, but the ice cream became a playful prop and a sweet burst of energy for more creative shots. We had a cheeky moment where I pulled my ice cream away, and Charles couldn’t have any—it was so much fun!

Next, we arrived at Piazza della Repubblica, where Fabio asked if we wanted to ride the carousel 🎠. I said yes, and we were thrilled by the surprise. We climbed into one of the horses and Fabio took photos from lying on the machine floor. I hadn’t ridden a carousel since I was about six! The gentle movement and background music helped us relax and created a romantic vibe.

The last stop was Piazzale Michelangelo, which I specifically requested for its stunning panoramic view of Florence. Of course, it’s also one of the most popular wedding photo spots. When we arrived, many couples—especially Chinese and Korean—were already taking pictures, so we waited our turn. The sunset over the city created a breathtaking backdrop, but the crowded scene felt less intimate compared to the earlier spots in the city center.

Overall, the experience was so much fun and truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment. We’re grateful to have a professional Italian photographer guiding us—Fabio really knows his craft and how to capture the light perfectly. Plus, we were so lucky with the beautiful sunshine and the warm, loving energy all around us.

It’s now nearly 10 months since Fabio captured our wedding in Tuscany, and I honestly feel more grateful with each passing month that we chose him to be part of our day. Every time we look back through our wedding photos, we’re filled with so much joy — not only because they’re stunning to look at, but because of how perfectly they reflect the spirit, energy, and little stories of the day itself.

Neither myself nor my husband are ones for lots of posed photos — what we really hoped for was to be captured naturally in the moment, along with all of our family and friends — and Fabio (along with Dino) managed to do exactly that, and more. The way he weaves together the candid, the emotional, the fun, and the unexpected is just magical. So many of our favourite shots are of those small but precious moments with our loved ones that we may never have otherwise seen, and now treasure.

Beyond the photos themselves, Fabio brought such warmth, kindness and fun to the day — it honestly felt like having a friend with us, despite only meeting him for the first time on the wedding day. He put us completely at ease, joined in with the celebration (including some tambourine dancing with our friends!), and truly added to the atmosphere in such a natural way.

As an English couple planning a wedding in Tuscany, trusting suppliers from afar can feel like a leap — but Fabio exceeded every expectation. From initial contact to delivering our photos, his communication, honesty and professionalism were faultless. While his turnaround times reflect just how in demand he is, we always felt completely reassured and never once needed to chase — he kept us fully informed throughout.

Looking back now, I feel incredibly fortunate that we were recommended Fabio. His artistry, energy and care have given us the most beautiful way to relive our wedding day again and again — and to share those memories with our friends and family for years to come. If you're considering booking him, don’t hesitate — he’s a true talent and a joy to work with.

Fabio was our photographer for a very small elopement wedding in tuscany. We chose Fabio because we found his style of photography to be interesting and different from other wedding photographers.

Fabio was professional, kind and his final pictures were extremely high quality. There was a good mix of classic style 'traditional' photos but also creative/cool photos that really stand out.
