We just returned to London after a week at Podere Casarotta - we already miss the beautiful villa and Simone. Our large group of 13 had the entirety of Podere Casarotta to ourselves, which meant that we were able to enjoy this breathtaking property as our own private getaway. From before we even boarded the plane to arrive in Tuscany, Simone was immaculate with his assistance and communication - every step of the way checking we had anything that we needed before, during and even after our stay - he also made sure he was able to curate our stay so that it made it the best it could be for each of us the entire time, he became a friend as much as someone to help us with our vacation. Always on hand to assist with taxi bookings, organising winery tours, recommending and booking restaurants, having a fantastic friendly conversation or cooking us some of the best food we have ever tasted. On the last point, we had Simone cook us an unbelievable, beautiful and tasty birthday meal using all local and fresh ingredients for all 13 of us one evening at the villa. He communicated so well to make sure every dietary requirement and personal tastes were catered for, personalising a meal that consisted of a selection of starters, salads, fresh pasta dishes, bbq meat and fish and a stunning Tiramisu for dessert - we spoke about it every day after we had it (and still do now we are home) - if you are a group staying at Podere Casarotta, this is a must! Simone is an incredible cook full of knowledge. He will also make sure your stay at Podere Casarotta is the best holiday you can possibly have, helping with anything you need whilst you relax in the most breathtaking of Tuscan landscapes. The views from the villa are pieces of art that have to be seen to be believed, the pool is perfect and the apartments are truly stunning in their traditional style with everything (bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, communal space, welcome packs, towels etc.) in your own private space amongst the communal settings - a moment of retreat in an otherwise stunning shared space that is surrounded by dazzling nature and 360 views of the magnificent Tuscan landscape. We are already planning our return for the best vacation any of us has ever had. Do not hesitate - stay here as soon as you can.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in tre insieme al nostro cucciolo di golden presso l’appartamento “gli archi”. Spazi molto ampi sia esterni che interni dell’appartamento, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La piscina, rifatta da pochi anni, è molto bella e spaziosa.

Un plus la pace del luogo e la gentilezza e disponibilità di Simone! 😊

Super Unterkunft (Gebäude ursprünglich aus dem 18. Jahrhundert).
Sind jetzt schon zum wiederholten Male hier und nach wie vor begeistert.

Zimmer alle schön eingerichtet und der Ausblick ist ein absoluter Traum.
Simone, der Manager, ist große Klasse.

Wow wow wow!

This was our first time in Tuscany and I’m so glad we stayed at Simone’s place. We rented out the whole property for 5 days for 13 guests. The property itself is so much bigger and more beautiful than the pictures show. The view was amazing. The apartments are spacious. The property is maintained beautifully and secluded. The pool is big and beautiful. I have to give a huge shootout to Simone, he was so accommodating and Quick with answering any of our questions before and during our stay. Check-in/out was easy Simone met us at the property and showed us around. He give us good recommendations and was easy to find during our stay. We also had our micro wedding here, our wedding planner worked with Simone and everything went perfectly. This property was a beautiful backdrop to our outdoor wedding dinner. I would highly recommend this property especially if you rent out the entire property. We hope to go back again.

We zijn de laatste week van onze vakantie naar Podere Casarotta geweest, apartement Il Fienile. Het mooiste uitzicht en terras van alle verblijven in Italië. Heerlijk verkoelend zwembad met een douche, mooie ligging, rust, uitzicht en geen luidruchtigheis van kinderen. We hadden een perfecte grote bbq, zitjes, prieel, ligstoenen. Keuken zeer compleet uitgerust. Grote koel/vries combinatie, oven, electr. Kookplaat, snijmachine, koffie machine met cups etc. 2 ingangen waardoor je niet met je zware bagage de wenteltrap op hoefde. Leuke welkomstmand. Enige ding in de badkamer was dat er geen ophangsysteem voor de douche kop was. Dat verbaasde ons, douchekop vasthouden en in bad douchen. Maar na een verzoek om hier een oplossing voor te vinden, was er binnen 3 dagen een ophangsysteem met douche gordijn,top. Kleine verbeterpunten : horren voor ieder raam, wifi ook bij het zwembad. Super verblijf gehad hier.

From the moment you arrive via the small path 500 meters up in the Tuscany hills, you step into a complete relaxing world. This lovely old mansion is set up in rebuild apartments where the exterior and interior are well kept. Lovely gardens and the best view on the area. Given the perfectly renovated pool with most comfortable sunbeds and the great help & assistance by Simone, this place you have to vist for at least a week relaxing holiday!

Wundervolles, perfekt gepflegtes Anwesen mit unglaublichem Blick über die Toskana. Toller Pool, umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Die einzelnen Apartments bieten viel Privatsphäre und sind gut ausgestattet. Simone ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen - wir kommen wieder!

We spend a nice week at that place where you could enjoy the calm of the landscape of Toscany. ||The appartement is cosy and the garden with a bbq and a nice swimming pool allowed you to pass a perfect moment. The localization is great for visiting and Simone is a perfect host before, during and after your trip. We highly recommend that place !

This property exceeded our expectations for a fun week with family and friends. An absolutely beautiful, tranquil location, the necessary amenities, a fabulous pool, and the super hospitality of property manager, Simone, who also prepared two excellent meals for our group. Though a country property, we easily made excursions to Florence and to Chianti wine country ( arranged by Simone who was well informed and well prepared to respond to all of our inquiries). We certainly hope to return for a future stay! Thanks, Simone for your attentive care to guests and property!

WE stayed at Podere Casarotta along with 28 other family members. This 300 yr old Villa did not disappoint. The views are amazing. Simone was very helpful and receptive to our needs. We also hired him to cook several dinners over the course of our stay. He went above and beyond with multiple course meals that were amazingly delicious. Overall, it was amazing stay that Simone made even better.

Myself and my wife (from India) joined our son and his fiancee(from the US) and other family members and friends @ this beautiful villa apartments villa complex @ Malva, Tuscany for a brief stay of more than about a week. The apartments were looking cozy. The entire resort complex is situated on the slope of a hillock surrounded by serene greenery and overlooking beautiful views of tiny villages at the downhills. The most attractive aspect of the resort was that one could see the clear blue sky over our head and could try counting the stars and the clear lit moon in the nights and also the rising sun in the morning over the hill top.||The villa has a cozy kitchen room with all the required cooking equipment and serving amenities. We had to prepare our food by ourselves while on one or two days the villa resort caretaker Simhone opted cooking for our groups serving us delicious Tuscany fame dishes. Perhaps we are both vegetarian and had only very few options.||All the apartments had attached bathrooms with 24x7 hot water supply and a double cot and few chairs / sofas for sitting or relaxing. The road leading to the villa resort was perhaps a little narrow to drive through. ||Though the resort may not be finding interest for the tourists from India and those who come to just rest and relax due to the absence of ready boarding arrangements availability either in their kitchen or in the nearby surrounding areas. This is a major drawback. Another drawback aspect is non-availability of every day bed linen changing facility, room cleaning, providing the toiletries periodically. Otherwise a nice place to stay and enjoy nature's beauty in many respects.||

My daughter and her boyfriend (now her Fiance') rented the Podere Casarotta villa for the immediate family and friends to celebrate her birthday. It is situated at the top of a beautiful valley hugging flower bushes, olive trees, as well as, fruit ones. Well, what a pleasant and beautiful stay we had at this Villa. Historic, clean, beautiful swimming pool, and most of all the professionalism of management and staff. Simone, the ground manager, was accommodating and after a day or two, I felt that I have known him for ages. He is a terrific cook and a great entertainer with his stories and comments. Florence is about 30 minutes ride and there are close towns where you can grocery shop and eat at local restaurants. Thank you Simone and my hope is to return for another beautiful stay.

Das Podere Casarotta ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Wer Ruhe sucht und herrliche Aussichten genießen möchte, der findet hier einen Ort zum "abschalten". Wir hatten das Haylofthouse gebucht, ein Appartement für zwei Personen mit eigener Terrasse und etwas abseits der anderen Unterkünfte. Der Pool ist groß und schnell zu erreichen. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und wird von Enzo jeden Tag in Schuss gebracht.|Simone hat schon ab unserer Reservierung auf alle Fragen ein offenes Ohr, emails wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Die Anreise mit eigenem Auto war problemlos, der Ort ist sehr einfach zu finden. |Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren im Juni für eine Woche im Podere Casarotta. Es ist ein liebevoll fertiggestelltes Haus, typisch für die Toskana mit einigen Appartements. Alle haben kleine Grünflächen zugeordnet oder sogar wie wir zusätzlich eine Terasse, sehr empfehlenswert. Die ersten Tage hatten wir das Haus fast alleine, es war also sehr ruhig. Die neuen Urlauber über uns konnten wir beim Stühlerücken etwas hören, aber es war ok, da alle sehr rücksichtsvoll waren. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und ausreichend. ||Insgesamt angenehme, wenn auch etwas abgeschiedene Lage, viele süße Kätzchen; die Eigentümer, Gärtner etc. sind sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

è stato per il consiglio di una amica che abbiamo conosciuto il podere. Beh mai consiglio è stato più apprezzato. Abbiamo potuto godere della Toscana più geniuna. Le stanze sono veramente confortevoli e arredate con gusto. Non dimentichiamo le cene organizzate da Simone sulla magnifica terrazza che domina il Valdarno. Abbiamo gustato diverse specialità toscane ed apprezzato la grande disponibilità e simpatia delle persone che curano il podere. Gustarsi la priscina in mezzo agli ulivi sotto il sole cocente non fa altro che farvi apprezzare ancora di più tutto il podere con la sua posizione tranquilla.

Wir waren zu dritt mit unserem kleinen Mops im Oktober hier. Es war traumhaft schön. Unser Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern war wunderschön und vermittelte uns mit zahlreichen liebevollen Details den typisch toksanischen Lebensstil. Die Ruhe inmitten der Berge, die wunderschöne Landschaft und der geniale Blick in das Valdorno Tal und auf die Chianti Berge waren wirklich beeindruckend. Wir haben Ruhe und Entspannung gesucht und genau hier gefunden. Zum Anwesen gehört ein wunderschöner Garten (Danke an Enzo) und ein Pool. Die Städte Florenz, Sienna und Arezzo sind sehr gut und in ca. 1 Stunde Autofahrt zu erreichen. Dank Simones perfekter Tips für Restaurants, Gelaterias, Weinhändler und Ausflugsziele haben wir in der einen Woche wahnsinnig viel erlebt und gesehen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Podere Casarotta. Es ist ein unglaublich schöner Platz mit einer tollen Aussicht. Der Pool ist herrlich gelegen und sehr sauber. Wir genossen unseren kleinen privaten Gartenteil. Siena, Florenz und Arezzo sind leicht zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Räume gemütlich einegrichtet mit viel Platz. ||Der Gastgeber ist sehr sehr nett, gibt tolle Tipps und Infos zu lokalen Highlights z.B. wo man das beste Öl und Wein probieren und kaufen kann.||Wir können Podere Casarotta nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!!!
