Nous sommes allés à La Capitata en 2002, 2004, 2006, 2019 et 2025. C'était à chaque fois un vrai plaisir ! Patrizia et sa famille sont extra. On pourrait regarder la vue des jours durant. Nous y retournerons, c'est certain !

Bel posto per un completo relax immersi nella natura con una stupenda vista panoramica nella Valle del Chianti. Da La Capitata si possono raggiungere diversi posti della Toscana da visitare , non ultima Firenze che dista 30 Km circa. E’ comunque necessario un mezzo di trasporto

As a wedding photographer and videographer, I had the pleasure of capturing a stunning Mediterranean summer wedding in September at Agriturismo La Capitata in Tuscany. The setting was perfect for the couple and their 80 guests. The picturesque landscape, the ceremony under the shade of the trees, a breathtaking sunset during dinner behind the hills, and the live band that got everyone dancing made for an unforgettable experience.

The incredible view and numerous olive trees offer endless beautiful opportunities for the couple's photoshoot, making it an ideal spot for capturing stunning wedding photos. It was an unforgettable experience for the guests, and I would be thrilled to photograph another wedding at this amazing venue in the future. The location is conveniently just 45 minutes away from Florence, adding to its appeal as a perfect wedding destination.

We had the pleasure of celebrating our dream wedding at Villa La Capitata this year and don't quite know where exactly to start:

Perhaps with Patrizia. Due to current circumstances, we had to postpone our wedding for two years. Nevertheless, the owner, has always supported us with advice and action throughout the planning. She was always by our side, had an open ear and solved problems in no time. Thank you for everything!!! <3

The villa is a Tuscan dream. Since we had the entire place to ourselves and our family, we got to enjoy living in an old property. The rooms were spacious, rustic and typical Italian decor, super clean and well maintained. The kitchens were equipped with everything we needed for 20 people. The terrace has always invited to linger and the view over the valley was fantastic at sunrise and especially at sunset. The underlying garden with pool provided enough shady places and a refreshing cooling on the hot summer days. Sufficient parking was also available and Florence only 40min away.

We can recommend this wonderful spot to anyone who wants to get married, needs a time out or just wants to have an authentic vacation in Tuscany. Thank you for everything Patrizia!!!

La Villa è situata a pochi passi dal piccolo paese di Pian di Scò. Dalla terrazza si gode di una bellissima vista sulla tutta la valle circostante del chianti. Incantevole le le sfumatore di colore e di luci al crepuscolo.||Fantastica l'accoglienza della signora Patrizia e dell'instancabile Foresto. ||Bellissima la piscina.||Consigliatissimo per una vacanza rilassante all'insegna della tradizione toscana.

Die Unterkunft - vor allem Küche und Bad - sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, ungepflegt und überhaupt nicht sauber. Herd und Kühlschrank bringen sehr wenig Leistung. Es waren nur zwei alte Herdplatten vorhanden.
Ein Hygienekonzept konnte nicht erkannt werden. Jeder hat alles genutzt und angefasst. Es gab nur ein Desinfektionsmittel. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt.
Es handelt sich um ein sehr großes Haus. Wir hatten Pech. Es war ein sehr große italienische Gruppe da. Diese haben alles belagert und keine Rücksicht auf andere Gäste genommen. Eigentümer wohnen nicht am Gelände und können daher nicht eingreifen. Wir konnten jedenfalls wegen der lauten Gruppe nicht schlafen.
Positiv: schöne Aussicht, gepflegte Poolanlage

La posizione, le persone che ci lavorano sono semplicemente stupende. Gente che fa il proprio lavoro col cuore innanzitutto e riesce a trasmettere quella passione agli ospiti. La struttura è curatissima, tutto pulito e curato. Ho apprezzato moltissimo le zanzariere alle finestre, che molti danno per scontate, ma non sempre lo sono. La struttura è immersa nel verde e nel silenzio assoluto. La consiglio a chiunque voglia staccare la spina. Grazie a tutti per il meraviglioso soggiorno!

Our group consisted of three couples and 3 singles. We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, clean, rustic villa high on a hilltop above Pian de Sco in Tuscany. The house is perfect; it’s an amazing property, very well maintained and extremely clean with wonderful views over the entire valley with charming little villages below. ||The landscaped garden, vineyard and olive groves are beautiful and we were able to spend pleasant moments in the deckchairs at the edge of the swimming pool, enjoying the views. ||The accommodation is very spacious with everything on hand to make our stay comfortable. The bedrooms are big with comfortable beds and each with a private bath.||I just can’t say enough about our host Patrizia and her lovely family. They took care of our every need and made us feel like part of the family. They cooked us several amazing meals that I will never forget. Always a feast! ||And as with other reviewers, I also had a huge crush on PaPo! His English is very limited but he had no problem entertaining us! His house Chianti was out of this world! And we drank a lot of it. ||We also enjoyed the short drives to several medieval towns which made our stay perfect.||I just can’t recommend this villa enough. Thank you Patrizia and your beautiful family. Hope to be back one of these days. Ciao!

If you would like to make the beautiful wedding without stress and 1 week vacation on top of it choose the Agriturismo la capitata. ||||We found this villa thanks the feedback in the trip adviser. We are all absolutely happy to make our wedding party in la capitata. It was 28 of September, but the whether was super. For the evening organized Patrizia ( the owner of the villa) even the hitter.||||My husband and myself live in Frankfurt and Patrizia organize for us everything with a city hall ( our ceremony took a part in loro ciuffenna) flowers, decoration, wedding cake and catering. She makes everything very beautiful and the meal was very testy. Our guests were absolutely happy and told us, that it is just impossible to make it better. ||||We have had 30 guests. Some of them during the week make the city tour, some of theme make rest of the beautiful pool. For all people was enough place. ||||The residence la capitata is very well maintent and look after. The Garden is just beautiful. ||||Thank you very much dear Patrizia for everything! ||||Nataliya and Kris

Arriviamo in questo splendido stabile in cima alla collina la sera tardi, e subito ci innamoriamo: lucciole, cielo stellato e panorama da sogno coccolano il nostro check in. |Durante la permanenza sfruttiamo piscina & barbecue come fossero nostre: fantastico!! sotto i consigli dei proprietari andiamo in un borgo pazzesco a pochi km dall'agriturismo.|Anche nel giorno della partenza late check out, usufruiamo di piscina e barbecue.|Soggiorno da sogno: 10+|Super consigliato, anche per coppie

Villa La Capitata is a beautiful! place almost at the end of the world :) ||||It took us a while to drive there from Florence, so we arrived in the evening. ||The building is beautiful. We stayed in a room with a nice view on a local hills. The room itself has a very warm and charming interior. Bathroom was nice and clean. ||Guests can have a nice breakfast at a wonderful dining downstairs. There is an outside pool but we didn't use it cause it was to cold.||The owner was very kind.

Just five minutes from the local village and fifteen minutes from Reggello this place is a treasure. It's not a luxury hotel; it's rustic and down to earth with a warm welcome, although modern facilities such as a swimming pool and Wi-Fi are available. ||||The views over the grounds are wonderful. Olive groves and grape vines produce wine and olive oil that you can buy. ||||The family are so friendly and helpful make the stay very enjoyable ||||Breakfast a little basic, but good. Fresh bread/croissants and jam. Perhaps yogurts and cereal would be a good addition.

We traveled here after a day in Florence and the quiet countryside was just what we needed after the hassle and bustle of the big touristy city. The owners were very helpful and we made it by just fine with my poor use of the Italian language. They produced a nice chianti and we drank while watching the sunset on the beautiful countryside. The rooms were comfortable although it did get a little noisy when a large group of people arrived in the middle of the night.

Charming rural house renovated with so much taste. It is family run and you may see all three generations working there together since dawn. People are very friendly even if they don’t speak much English. They offer fantastic home-made food and local chianti upon request. All rooms are clean and spacious and re-furnished in the local rustic style. No air-condition, though you can hardly need it even in August because of the thick stone walls of the villa. Nice and clean pool also. All the rest is Tuscany…

We rented this country farm villa in September to have a family holiday. With 20 of us and a couple of babies it wasn't too easy to find anything which offered enough bedrooms but eventually we came across La Capitata. Only 40 km from Florence so easy to get to. ||La Capitata was exactly what we wanted, plenty of double bedrooms and some separate apartments which we also rented so that we could have the whole place to ourselves. Also although it's furnished nicely it isn't full of semi precious antiques which would make a family worried about breakages!||The setting and views are fabulous and the terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the valley is where we ate all of our meals. We did self cater most of the time however we also had the owners prepare a meal one night which was so fantastic we organised that for another evening as well. They make their own wine and olive oil as well, very very good.||||Patrizia and her family have it just right, they came round regularly to check everything was ok but they never intruded into the house or into what would be 'our space'. They are excellent hosts and we do hope to go back sometime.

Wir waren schon 2X da!||Das erstmal im April 2010, als wir für unsere Hochzeit planten und dann zur Hochzeit nochmal 1 Woche. Mann kann sich ein Zimmer in der Villa mieten, dort kann man die Küche (sehr groß) und das Ess- und Wohnzimmer mitbenützen. Sowie 4 Appartments, jedes mit Küche (ideal für Familien).||Eine ca 200- 250 Qm große Terrasse mit Blick übers Arnotal ins Chianti. Einen Pool mit Dusche und ausreichend Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme. Ein riesiges Grundstück umgibt das Anwesen. Hunde erlaubt!||||Wir haben das gesamte Anwesen gemietet und hatten somit das alleinige Nutzungsrecht. Ws für eine Hochzeit (andere Feier) wunderbar ist, weil man 1 Woche ungestört ist.||||Die Besitzerin ist äußerst hilfsbereit, sie hat mit uns alles erledigt (Floristen, Standesamt, Konditor, Dolmetscherin usw.) und das Catering(Toskanisches Buffett) übernommen. Es war einfach fantastisch und der Preis ( nicht mal die Hälfte von dem was es in Deutschland kostet)||||Wer seinen Urlaub hier verbringt, der kann sich 3 x in der Woche bekochen lassen! Sehr zum empfehlen.||Es ist mit dem Auto alles sehr gut zu erreichen!||Florenz 30 km||Figline (Outlett The Mall) 10 km||Arezzo 40 km||Siena 50 km||San Gimignano 50 km||||Man kann hier auch einen Rotwein (eigene Herstellung) kaufen, sehr gut!||Ebenso das eigene Olivenöl.
