We met Barbara at an event in London’s ExCeL and knew right away we wanted her to help plan our wedding in Tuscany. We’d already chosen our venue, but Barbara and her team at Romantica Italia took care of everything else - coordinating with all the Italian suppliers, managing the timelines, and not just on the wedding day but for the entire week of events.

Barbara went above and beyond, arranging a wonderful tour for us and our guests after the wedding, and even handling all the print work locally in Italy. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly helpful, always in touch with suppliers, and made sure everything ran seamlessly.

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner. Barbara is not only professional and detail-oriented, but also a genuinely kind and wonderful person to work with. Thanks to her, we had a truly magical week in Tuscany that we’ll remember forever.

Five stars hardly begin to capture the incredible experience we had with Barbara, Izumi, and the entire Romantica Italia team! From start to finish, everything was seamless, heartfelt, and absolutely magical. ✨

My husband and I got engaged at the end of May and soon after began to dream about a spontaneous elopement. We had already booked a holiday to Italy for the summer and thought — why not tie the knot while we’re there? Thanks to a recommendation from a local Airbnb host, we found Barbara… and we are endlessly grateful we did!

With only six weeks to plan, Barbara immediately sprang into action, connecting with vendors and taking care of every detail. She and Izumi embraced the challenge with professionalism, warmth, and creativity.
