If you’re in the reviews trying to decide: if you’ve found the right planner, if you really need a coordinator / planner, or if Nadia is as good as the other reviews say, the answer to all of those is YES. As a type A bride with VERY specific tastes/requests I really was convinced I could do it all myself and for the most part I had figured it out, but kept thinking something was MISSING. Who would make sure it all looked right? Who would be my point person on the wedding morning. That something missing was Nadia. Nadia was everything I could have needed for a day of coordinator and along the way finishing up details for our wedding.

First of all, Nadia is supportive, cheerful, and kind, but what I found unique about Nadia was that she is also very HONEST. she’s not afraid to tell you tactfully like it is, she’s going to help you get to a better version of your vision. She’s going to make sure your concerns are addressed because as she reminded me “I work for you.” She gave me so much assurance.

Next - sourcing. She has a perfectly curated set of vendors that you can sleep soundly at night knowing they will do a great job for your most special day. My florist was a contact of Nadia’s and she executed perfectly. Nadia is also very cost conscious. She was sensitive to our budget and never made us feel bad about that.

Communication - I do not speak Italian as much as I have tried to learn, and of course Nadia is perfectly bilingual. She is a clear and concise communicator and was always available to chat or run ideas by.

Nadia also was like a fairy god mother running around all morning and barely asking me a thing except for when it was time for a couple weather calls. She was the point person for bridesmaids and moms and questions and guests. She paid attention to the little things AND prioritized us as the couple. She had champagne ready when we came into happy hour. She’s a professional in every sense of the word.

Anyway, long story short, just hire her. Before you source any other vendors or venues, hire her. You will not regret doing it, but you will absolutely regret not doing it sooner.

Nadia è stata semplicemente superlativa. Sa capire i gusti degli sposi e realizzare il matrimonio perfetto per ciascuna coppia. Per noi è stato proprio così. I had the pleasure of working with Nadia, the best wedding planner in the Marche region, for our intimate wedding with about 85 guests. From start to finish, Nadia was incredibly supportive and attentive, especially since I was an international bride with limited Italian speaking skills. Nadia was an absolute delight to work with as our wedding coordinator. From the very beginning, she was always friendly and cheerful, consistently going above and beyond her duties.

Her local expertise was invaluable for our destination wedding, helping us find great vendors at reasonable prices. Nadia helped us find a very professional and talented florist, as well as the perfect chairs for our ceremony. She also took the time to research DJs and music options for us, as well as transportation alternatives.

In the lead-up to the wedding, Nadia traveled to meet us and visited the venue to ensure everything was in order. I requested that she use a specific digital tool for the timeline, and she was flexible and positive about incorporating it into her planning.

Senza dubbio 5 stelle... Ci siamo sposati il 4/08/23 a Badia San Vittore. Il supporto di Nadia è stato prezioso ed è cominciato molti mesi prima del matrimonio. Sempre disponibile, gentile e partecipe, insieme abbiamo ideato l'allestimento, unendo le nostre idee. L'esperienza di Nadia ci ha aiutati a capire ciò che era fattibile o meno non solo in base al gusto ma anche rispetto alla struttura ospitante. Ci ha proposto alcuni fornitori di sua conoscenza, che hanno aiutato a rendere la location meravigliosa. Anche durante la giornata del matrimonio è stata un'ombra vigile, in modo che non ci fossero problemi. C'è stato un diluvio inimmaginabile, ma anche grazie a lei, è stato comunque tutto bellissimo.

Quando abbiamo deciso di sposarci, eravamo certi di voler trovare una persona che conoscesse bene i segreti del settore e che potesse occuparsi della gestione dei dettagli e dell’organizzazione della festa, perché, avendo due lavori molto impegnativi, non potevamo aggiungere “un altro lavoro” nella nostra lista. Nadia Sparapani went above and beyond planning the wedding celebration of our dreams!
I had no idea how to start planning a wedding reception abroad in Italy, but I knew that investing in a planner was a must. After a long time searching, I found a wedding article on The Lane that I loved, and found her contact -- I was surprised that such a beautiful wedding could be done in a reasonable budget. Since my first interactions with Nadia, I could tell that she was not only a great listener, she knew how to make a wedding look effortlessly beautiful. She took all my ideas and gave us amazing vendor options that echoed our vision throughout the planning process. She never gave too many options as to overwhelm, but would always offer one or two more if I asked. Her total honesty and transparency about which venues would work best for our needs was very appreciated! She even supported us whenever we had questions or needed to reach specific vendors. Since we had some chefs in our family, we emphasized the importance of excellent food, and she recommended the perfect caterer.
When we arrived in Italy, we unfortunately came during a catastrophic flood in the area and we were left stranded in a different city a few days before our wedding. Even then, she came to our rescue and immediately put us at ease once we were finally settled in our hotel. She was incredibly lovely in person and extremely polite and professional with us. After a stressful trip, she definitely made us feel welcome and excited for the wedding. San Vittore in Le Marche is an absolutely stunning place, with many beautiful venues and b&b's nearby, perfect for hosting a wedding. It felt private, but not too far from modern luxuries.
On the wedding day, everything went so smoothly, you wouldn't even realize how much work she put into it. It was incredibly organized, beautifully set up (like a magazine!!), and she even managed to arrange a lunch for the wedding party during our getting ready. The food was outstanding. We had many comments from guests praising the food, photographers, music, and especially the organization of the wedding. There was never any moment that dragged or went by too quickly - the timing was totally perfect and she made it effortless. I don't know if I was the easiest bride to work with since I was very indecisive at times, but she really treated me very well and always responded to my emails quickly.
I would highly recommend Nadia from Loving Marche if you are planning a wedding in Italy (especially in Le Marche). She knows how to prioritize, execute, and design exactly to your wishes. Most of all, Nadia is kind and honest. She will do everything she can to help you relax and make your day special! :)

Non avendo tanto tempo libero, 1 anno fa decido di scegliere una persone che mi aiutasse a concretizzare le mie idee. La prima cosa che le ho detto quando ci siamo conosciute, è stata " sono una persona che vuole sempre avere il controllo di tutto, non godendomi le emozioni, vorrei che questa volta non fosse così". Oggi posso dire che è stato esattamente cosi, sempre presente, anche quando non la senti, sotto sotto sta lavorando per te. Decisa e pragmatica, si è rivelata mese dopo mese figura essenziale per noi. Senza di lei non saremmo riusciti a realizzare tutto quello che avevamo in mente. Vorrei sottolineare anche la sua capacità di risolvere problemi, nel nostro caso ci sono stati diversi imprevisti all'ultimo minuto e grazie a lei, oltre che a tutti i fornitori, sono stati gestiti in pochissimo tempo in maniera eccellente. Abbiamo realizzato la festa dei nostri sogni e Nadia ha contribuito enormemente a tutto ciò. Il giorno del matrimonio, bastava che incrociassi il suo sguardo per capire che era tutto ok e che potevo stare tranquilla. Rifarei questa scelta altre 2000 volte.
