Nice historic Art Nouveau style villa next to the golf course, 5 minutes drive from McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Serravalle. The historic interior represents a more refined version of Art Nouveau with minimalist decoration. Everything is quite worn out, but still OK. Even the smallest room is large enough to feel comfortable. The house is quite large, but there aren't many rooms, probably only 12. The windows offer spacious views. Quiet surroundings and no noise that disturbs sleep.|Good Fine Dining Gastronomic Restaurant TRACCE. This time it was closed, but on a previous visit it left a very good impression. It is worth coming just for the restaurant. There is also a simpler eatery, Bistrò La Bollina, but since it was also closed on Sunday, I did not try it.|Very good breakfast with an a ’la carte menu, some dishes of which are for a separate fee. The choice is not very extensive, but everything that was offered is delicious.|The restaurant service was very good, the receptionist service was OK (no one helps with bags and no introduction to the room and hotel, and no other additional information is shared).|There are no activities on site (apart from golf) and there is nothing within walking distance in the immediate vicinity, having a car is very useful.|Enough parking spaces. It is quite inconvenient to come to the hotel from the parking lot with heavy bags, it is advisable to drop off the bags in front of the hotel door in advance.|Fast internet.|There is free drinking water in the room.|High-quality shampoos and creams. There is no toothbrushing kit and shaving kit.|The shower in our room (209) did not work. The bath faucet worked, but it was inconvenient to take a shower in the bath, because the water from the hand shower came with very strong pressure, which was uncomfortable and sprayed a lot.

The restaurant service was very good, the receptionist service was OK (no one helps with bags and no introduction to the room and hotel, and no other additional information is shared).
Enough parking spaces. It is quite inconvenient to come to the hotel from the parking lot with heavy bags, it is advisable to drop off the bags in front of the hotel door in advance.
Fast internet.
The shower in our room (209) did not work. The bath faucet worked, but it was inconvenient to take a shower in the bath, because the water from the hand shower came with very strong pressure, which was uncomfortable and sprayed a lot.

If wish for great hotel to enjoy service don't go to other hotel make you feel home.
Special thank to all staff specially for Mr.Aldo helped us all in restaurants.
Chief David is great chief and i am sure he will be will recognized internationally.
Bottom line it is great place to stay.

Останавливались на одну ночь проездом, бронировали по дороге. Нас встретили очень радушно и все работники отеля очень улыбчивые, дружелюбные. Отель маленький и все гости чувствуют себя комфортно. Само здание - старинная вилла, вся метель антиквариат, но кровати новые, очень удобные матрасы и подушки, что было важно для нас , хорошо отдохнули после долгой дороги. Есть минус - очень сильная слышимость в номере, с коридора и соседней комнаты, но нам не помешало это крепко спать) Ужин в ресторане отличный, очень порадовал, помимо заказа несколько комплиментарных закусочек от шефа. Завтрак отличный, большой выбор по меню , свежевыжатые соки и смузи , отличный кофе и невероятно вкусная выпечка. С удовольствием остановимся в отеле Villa La Bollina еще не раз!

We had visited this Hotel many years ago and had the best memories. Rooms are big. Scenery amazing. Close to outlet. Service is good. We had the worse experience with dinner and breakfast. Apparently they changed the chef. Dinner was un eatable (In Italy!!) Breakfast see pic below

Esperienza eccezionale. Poche volte mi è capitato di poter scrivere un esperienza oltre le aspettative. Il prezzo è pienamente giustificato. Alta qualità delle pietanze al ristorante. Alto livello e cura del personale in sala e cucina.|Gentilezza e cortesia, cura degli ospiti (e dei bambini, avevamo un bambino di 8 mesi) da pwrt del personale.|Ottimo.

We gave 3 out of 5 because the quality of food during dinner didn’t meet our expectations. The duck we ordered had a very unpleasant smell. The room was great with an excellent view, and the service was truly excellent — however, the restaurant needs significant improvement in food quality.

We stayed at the hotel approximately three weeks ago.I went outside to secure a table for breakfast and was stung by a bee or wasp within one minute of going outside.

There was no one at the hotel properly trained on how to deal with the situation.
Obviously the hotel should spray and do something to maintain a safe outdoor breakfast area.
The rest of my vacation was seriously compromised by what happened.I am still having problems from the sting.
Basically they do not care about providing for a safe environment for their guests.We had to check out after breakfast and the situation was ignored.

We stayed here for 2 nights since the hotel was close to the outlet which is great. The rooms are large and the building itself beautiful. The staff at the recpecion speaks english and is friendly.|They offer rooms with air conditioning but the old installation only makes a lot of noise and is absolutely not capable of cooling the room which made our stay uncomfortable.|The restaurant for us was a decepcion. They offer a tasting menu which is offered and presented as something really special. We found it very much overrated and they made a lot of show but the quality was absolutely nothing special at all. We ordered a bottle of champaign as well which was good. But paying far over 400 euro for a special diner which plate after plate turned out to be of poor quality made us feel bad.|To give them another chance we decided to have diner the second night and order a la carte. The steak tartare was tasteless. Then we had a T Bone steak which was not a T bone steak in the end end it was served raw. Price of this peace of meat 168 euro. Al in all a very disappointing experience, especially the restaurant.

Hôtel très beau par son architecture et son cadre. La suite junior était magnifique et confortable. Le personnel aux petits soins et tellement accueillant. Le restaurant sur la terrasse donnant sur le parc est très agréable.

Beautiful Hotel which is an Italian Classic set in their Winery. Even better are the hotel staff. From Reception to Dinner host to An Amazing breakfast attended by the most beautifully ever smiling face of the lady who attended us ( sorry forgetting her name ). ||The rooms bring in the luxury of the villa in which it was built. Over looking Seravelle and very close to the shopping outlet. A must stay for 2 nights . ||Thank you team . For everything you possibly did to make our stay very rememberable. ||Ciao

Nous avons découvert un excellent hôtel, service impeccable, très professionnel et souriant. Accueil avec l'apéritif offert, très apprécié, alors que nous pensions payer. Les chambres et les salles de bains sont très spacieuses et originales, sauf l'isolation phonique des portes mais au vu de l'ancienneté de la bâtisse, c'est normal. Le top, c'est le restaurant : splendide, découverte des saveurs, excellent travail, savoureux et que dire du vin, bien apprécié et avons acheté 2 caisses ! A revenir... presto...

Un hotel increible sobre una colina y cerca de un outlet. La habitacion en la que estuvimos fue hermosa, muy espaciosa y con extremo lujo. Estaba muy bien equipada y contaba con una vista bellisima. Su dueno siempre estuvo pendiente de hacernos sentir muy bien y nos dio la sugerencia de comer en el restaurante del hotel. Seguimos su sugerencia sin saber cuanto costaria. Comimos conejo y el vino era de su propia cosecha. Todo estuvo impecable y sabrosisimo y cuando nos llego la cuenta, nos sorprendio gratamente ya que no habia sido para nada caro. Nos quedamos solo una noche porque estabamos en camino a Francia pero la verdad es que nos encanto y nos hubiera encantado quedarnos mas tiempo para descansar. El hotel cuenta con cancha de golf y los paisajes son bellisimos. Si desean sentirse como reyes, este es el lugar indicado. Super recomendable! Volveremos.
